Who collects the data

The site is run by the site operator. The same party buys claims and is responsible for what happens to your data.

What we collect

From the form, meaning what you enter yourself

• the country of the claim holder
• your FTX Customer Code
• your Telegram contact
• your email address

Automatically, at the moment you send the form

• the address of the page you sent the form from
• where you came to the site from, if that is visible
• information about your browser
• a fingerprint of your network address

About the network address fingerprint

We do not store the network address itself. What goes into the database is a one-way fingerprint: a short string that the address cannot be recovered from. It serves exactly one purpose: counting how many forms came from one address, so nobody can flood us with a thousand of them in a minute.

What we do not collect

Documents, scans and passports are not accepted through the site. The form cannot upload files at all. There are no analytics counters on the site, and we set no advertising cookies.

Why we need this data

There is one purpose: to review your application and get in touch about buying your claim. The data is not used for anything else. We do not sell it, pass it to advertisers or send mailings to it.

How long we keep it

Indefinitely. An application stays in the database after a deal goes through or falls apart. If you want your data deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Who we share data with

• Cloudflare, Inc. Serves the site and stores the application database. The site does not work without it.
• Telegram. If you left a Telegram contact, the conversation happens there and Telegram sees it.

Nobody else. Data goes to state authorities only under a demand we are obliged to meet.

What you can ask for

• to see exactly what is recorded about you
• to correct anything inaccurate
• to delete everything we hold about you

This page may change. The date of the last change is at the top. If something substantial changes, we will say so here.
