We buy creditors' claims against FTX with our own funds. We are a buyer, not a broker, not an intermediary and not your representative. We do not manage anyone else's money and we do not take money under management.
We are not affiliated with FTX Trading Ltd., with the FTX Recovery Trust or with the claims agent. We do not act on their behalf and have no connection to them.
We look at your claim, name a price and, if you agree, buy it. The transfer of ownership is filed in the FTX bankruptcy case in the Delaware court. We pay in USDT or USDC.
The price we name is an offer. You may walk away at any step before signing. We are equally not obliged to buy: we can decline any claim and we do not owe you a reason.
Information about payouts, countries and statuses comes from public sources and is correct as of the date shown next to it. The set of payout providers and the rules can change without notice. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of this information. Check it yourself before deciding, starting with the FTX claims agent.
We are not liable for losses arising because you made a decision based on material from this site. The site gives information, not advice on your situation.
These terms may change. The date of the last change is at the top. A deal already made is governed by the terms in force on the day it was signed.
