Country list: 1 October 2026; source updated: 2 October 2026
The FTX Support list is dated 1 October 2026; the source page was updated on 2 October 2026. It does not determine your individual claim status. Check current provider guidance and your Customer Portal. Current FTX provider guidance
Congo - Brazzaville is included in the site’s dated snapshot of FTX provider restrictions. A country restriction does not establish an individual claim’s status or transferability. Check the recorded amount, then request an individual purchase review. FTX SELL may decline a purchase.
Why the payout is unavailable
First the distinction, because it gets confused constantly. There are two Congos on the list, and they are different states. The Republic of the Congo, capital Brazzaville, belongs to the Central African monetary union. The Democratic Republic of the Congo, capital Kinshasa, has its own currency and does not. Check which one is recorded in your FTX portal: they have different pages.
After that it is the same as everywhere. FTX publishes no reasons, there are three providers, each decides for itself, and for the Republic of the Congo none of them works.
Five other members of the same union are on the list beside it: Cameroon, the CAR, Chad, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
I am from this country. What do I do?
- Request an offer to sell your claim. Fill in the form: country, code and contact details. There is no obligation before signing.
- Check that the claim is allowed. The claims agent runs a public search that takes an FTX Customer Code with no portal login.
- Close out identity verification and tax forms if they are open. They do not depend on a provider, and nothing works without them.
