Why the payout is unavailable
The reason is not known.
Honduras is one of three Latin American countries on the list, along with Cuba and Colombia. But their cases differ: Cuba is under embargo, Colombia is under no restriction at all, and Honduras is neither. No common explanation is visible between them.
There are no sanctions against Honduras and no direct ban on cryptocurrency. Only the mechanism is known: three providers, each deciding for itself, with the portal showing those that fit the residential address, and for Honduras none fits.
One observation without a conclusion: neighbouring Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua are absent from the list, though their economies are comparable.
