Country list: 1 October 2026; source updated: 2 October 2026
The FTX Support list is dated 1 October 2026; the source page was updated on 2 October 2026. It does not determine your individual claim status. Check current provider guidance and your Customer Portal. Current FTX provider guidance
Moldova is included in the site’s dated snapshot of FTX provider restrictions. A country restriction does not establish an individual claim’s status or transferability. Check the recorded amount, then request an individual purchase review. FTX SELL may decline a purchase.
Why the payout is unavailable
The reason is not known, and we are not going to invent one. FTX gives no country-by-country explanation, and Moldova does not fall under any of the reasons usually given for the list.
Only the mechanism is known. There are three providers, each decides for itself who to onboard, and the portal shows a creditor the ones that work with their residential address. For Moldova none of them does.
It resembles Ukraine's case, and one thing links them: a small market. Payoneer claims a presence in more than 190 countries, but only around 90 turned out to be available for FTX distributions. Whether a country is among those ninety is decided by the provider, not by the court and not by FTX.
What you can do now
Keep the deadline in view. A six-month onboarding window has been running since the 31 July 2026 distribution. For a country with no provider at all, that means the clock runs while nothing can be done about it.
I am from this country. What do I do?
- Request an offer to sell your claim. Fill in the form: country, code and contact details. There is no obligation before signing.
- Check that the claim is allowed. The claims agent runs a public search that takes an FTX Customer Code with no portal login.
- Close out identity verification and tax forms if they are open. They do not depend on a provider, and nothing works without them.
